Customer service: We believe that excellent customer service begins at our first point of contact, whether that's an email or phone call.
When you call us for a quote or to ask a question, we will respond to you by the end of the business day.
Care for your property: We slip on protective shoe coverings so that your floors are protected. We also clean up after a days work so that you don't have to look at a mess while your repairs are being done.
Safety: When we come to your home, we wear a name tag and properly introduce ourselves before entering your home. Should we be hired to do your repairs, we arrive on time and will let you know when we are leaving your home.
Communication: We email you an itemized quote within 24 hours of being at your home or property. If we can do your repairs we tell you upon
our first meeting, and if we can't take on your project we will tell you that as well.
Attitude of excellence: We pride ourselves on doing quality work, at a fair price. Every project is worked on and completed as if it was work being done in our own home. We bring our "attitude of excellence" to every project.
