1) Do you offer an itemized quote?

Yes, you will receive a written estimate via email within 24 hours of my visit to your home or property. The quote will show a breakdown of all the work that will be done as well as a completion date.

2) Are you insured?

Yes, I am insured and I present a copy of my insurance for new clients to review prior to starting a project.

3) Is your bid an estimate or fixed price?

The prices are fixed, however, if something is discovered while I am working on the project that will require additional work, then a separate estimate will be provided.

4) How long have you been in business?

I have been doing repairs and renovations on residential and commercial properties for over 20 years.

5) Can I meet the job foreman?

I am the foreman, contractor, etc. I do the estimate and I will be the one who comes back to do the work.  Since I do not use subcontractors, you won't have to worry about individuals being in your home that you have not met.

6) Are you licensed?

According to city regulations, I am not required to have a license, however, I am insured.

7) Can I be provided with a list of past clients?

Yes, references can be provided upon request. Read what others have to say on the testimonial page.

8) Will this be an individual or team job?

I do not use subcontractors for any of my jobs. This means that you will see me from the beginning to the end of the project(s).

I do not leave the home or property until I am assured that my client is 100% satisfied.

9) What kind of projects will you do?

Although I have done large to small renovations over the years, my preference is to take on medium to small projects. It's best to call or email if you have a project so that we can discuss your needs. Click here to email Jim.

10) What kind of payments do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards, check and cash.
